Advertised Rates
The rates advertised on this page are kept up to date. However rates will change from time to time. To ensure that you have the current rates, hit the refresh button on your browser, especially if you have visited this page previously. Robin’s Place shall deem rates from old versions of this Rates page stored in cache on your computer as being invalid.
Payment Policy
All costs on the website are in AUD (Australian Doller). Pay only 20% deposit while booking using paypal to secure your booking. The rest of the amount will be paid at the villa during check-in using cash and must be paid on arrival to our Villa manager.
Reservation Confirmation
Due to high demand, Robins place is often booked in advance.
As soon as the deposit arrives in the bank account, your reservation will be confirmed. We will then send you a written confirmation note. Reservations are handled on a “first come, first served” basis.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non refundable, unless agreed upon on special case by case basis. The balance of rental payment is due on arrival at Robins Place and is collected by our manager in cash. We don’t accept visa cards or travelers cheques.
Check In/Checkout Standard
Check in time is at 2pm and Checkout time on the final day is 10am. If you have an early or late flight bags may be left at the Villa but must allow the day for the villa to be cleaned.
Subject to availability, the villa can be used on the final day of departure up to 9:00 pm for 50% of the night rate. Must be advised prior.
Tentative Confirmation
On the receipt of your enquiry, we will contact you and provide you with confirmation of availability and holding deposit required (20%)Rates can be changed at anytime without notification.
Responsibility
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Robins place, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
Quiet Amenity
We reserve the right to terminate a booking with immediate affect, should a guest, or the acquaintance of a guest partake in activity contrary to Indonesian law, exhibit behavior that is considered threatening, demeaning or negatively impacting toward staff or other guests, or willfully damage the property. In such an occurrence, any of the guests remaining accommodation is forfeited and they must vacate the property immediately.
Minimum Stay / Maximum Guests
We have minimum stay requirement at Robins Place of 5 nights. We might agree to shorter stays on a case by case basis. Villas only accommodate up to the maximum allowed. Extra beds are not available.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
Airport Transfer
We can arrange one free airport transfer to the villas on arrival, please send through your flight details once booking has been confirmed to lock this in.
If your party is coming at different times we can still arrange transfers for the rest of the party but this will be charged out at the current rate.
We can provide transfers back to the airport on departure but this will also be charged out at the current rate and can be organised on site with the manager.
There are plenty of alternative transport options available to and from the airport that can easily be organised on arrival.
The current rates from the airport to Robins Place are approximately Rp 250,000 – 300,000.
